Rich, dense, dark chocolate brownies that are wheat free, gluten free and bake up incredibly moist for that "from scratch" mouth feel. Makes single layer square cake.

Ingredients: Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Gourmet Flour Blend (Fine White Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Imported Chestnut Flour, Potato Starch), Cocoa Powder (alkalized), Natural Flavor (milk), Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum and Himalayan Pink Salt.

Dutch Chocolate Cake Mix (14 oz.)
A tender and flavorful cake made with imported Dutch cocoa and finished with a light touch of pure vanilla powder. Scrumptious without frosting and simply irresistible with frosting.

Italian Chestnut Flour (14 oz.)
Imported from Italy, our chestnut flour is full of sweet, nutty flavor. The perfect ingredient for adding more flavor to all your baked goods. Substitute up to one-third of the recommended flour in your favorite recipes with chestnut flour. And unlike other nut flours, chestnut flour is remarkably low in fat and has a low glycemic index. California Almond Flour (14 oz.)
California grown and processed, our almond flour is 100% almonds. In addition to being gluten free it adds a wonderful flavor and texture to baked goods and is a great coating for chicken or fish. A 1-ounce serving of almonds contains more fiber than any other nut and is an excellent source of vitamin E, magnesium, and manganese and a good source of fiber, copper, riboflavin, and phosphorus. One ounce also contains 6 grams of protein and 12 grams of heart-healthy unsaturated fats.
