Cake Mix Cookies

To any flavor Dowd & Rogers cake mix, add:
1/2 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
2 eggs

Then add 1/2 cup of mix-ins such as: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup chopped nuts...or if using the lemon cake mix, Kathryn recommends 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes, and 1/2 cup chopped almonds. Apparently, it all works great.
 

Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
